Friday March 31 2023 marked the end of the two day regional health open day in the South West Region organized by the South West regional delegation of public health at the Buea Independence Square ceremonial ground.
Activities that were part of the celebrations comprised universal health coverage, free medical screening for certain health conditions as well as donations for internally displaced people, the destitute and the vulnerable population.
The event which took place under the theme, “your health, our main priority“ focused on the content of the universal health coverage and was attended by health authorities in Buea.
